Healthy Habits for Healthy Kids, Years F–1
Activities to Promote Health and Wellbeing

Students will learn how to recognise healthy food, where it comes from and how it is made. Support student wellbeing with activities promoting fitness and safety practices such as "Move Like An Animal" and "Move Every Day". Encourage them to journal about nutrition, fitness and health to reinforce what they have learned.
