Build proficiency in social-emotional learning skills with quick and purposeful daily practice!

This easy-to-use resource provides social-emotional learning activities for every day of the school year. Each week, students will practise all five areas of social-emotional learning: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making. Daily activities include topics such as nonverbal communication, gratitude, identifying emotions, managing emotions, reflection and considering others’ perspectives.
