Fred Pleis is the Marzano High Reliability Schools™ implementation manager for Marzano Research Laboratory. He oversees the planning, development, and facilitation of HRS model implementation in schools. Fred has worked in K–12 education as a classroom teacher, leadership team member, and athletic coach. He has presented at many conferences and has been a school leader for professional learning communities and response to intervention initiatives.
Fred received a bachelor’s degree in early childhood/elementary education from Temple University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Regis University.
