Steve Boyle is a training associate with Hawker Brownlow Education. He works with leadership teams, whole-school communities and individual professional learning teams.
Steve comes from a strong background in educational leadership at both an individual school and a systems level. Through these experiences, Steve has built a strong commitment and understanding of how leadership can impact and enhance student learning. He continues to support leadership development and provide an understanding and approach to building and implementing effective, sustainable leadership.
Steve started his career as a maths and science teacher, progressing to become a secondary school principal before moving into a regional leadership role, including and culminating in being a deputy regional director responsible for school improvement. Steve’s work as a principal was recognised with an Outstanding Leadership Award by the Department of Education in Victoria.
Steve holds a bachelor of science degree and a graduate diploma of education from Monash University.
