Assessing Levels of Comprehension is a diagnostic reading series that gives students practice in answering reading questions based on a variety of curriculum content areas. The four levels of comprehension in the series relate to established cognitive theory including Bloom's taxonomy and Marzano's framework. ALC allows students the opportunity for self-assessment, while it allows teachers the opportunity to identify and assess students' progress at each of the four levels of comprehension. Assessing Levels of Comprehension helps both students and teachers meet their reading challenges. Suitable for middle primary to lower secondary reading levels.
